Jeremy enjoys life with his wife Keldy and their four kids, Kezek, Ryser, Maccabee, and Radley. He loves wandering (and wondering) around mountains, reading books by dead people, and drinking good coffee–all signs of good things to come. World without end. Amen.

Minister of Women & Children
Debi has served at Crossroads for over two decades in children’s and women’s ministries. Her husband of 43 years, Doug, and she have three children, seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Debi enjoys planning events that bring people together to grow in their love for Jesus.

Youth & Family Pastor
Ben loves life with his wife Lauryn and their two kids, Malakai and Evangeline. He enjoys coffee, long runs, hikes, reading, playing with his kids, and talking about the deep things of life with others.
Eddie Young
Worship Pastor
Eddie lives in Silverdale with his wife Jenny and five children (Elliora, Logan, Arabelle, Willow, and Luci). They moved from Indiana, where they are natives. Eddie has 15 years of worship leading experience and has been on several mission trips. He enjoys reading theology, playing with his kids, and golfing in his free time.
Megan Weinert
Hospitality & Finance Manager
Megan grew up in Oshkosh, WI with her parents and sister traveling often to northern WI for extended family. She has various loves which include hunting, quilting, coffee, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, playing with kids, traveling, and many more.
Brittany Lassiter
OFFICE AND EVENT MANAGER
A Texas native, Brittany found herself moving to Kitsap county five years ago, along with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys reading books, getting lost in nature, playing games, and meeting new people in indirect ways. She is a walking parable, frequently going on side-quests and constantly in need of a Shepherd.
Sam Donica
EXECUTIVE PASTOR
Sam walks through life with his wife and dearest friend, Meg, their daughter, Nora, their son Davis, and their dog, Tuck. He enjoys cooking (especially breakfast), good coffee, board and card games, basketball, hiking, and all things outdoors. He loves to learn new skills, to work with his hands and create to share with others.
